Mind and thoughts affects the Chyou沖 area.

Meridian and Tsubo  affects the Tanden丹田 point. Muscle and Bone affects the Sacrum bone仙骨.

Entrance of the 沖Chyou point is at the top of your head. The points name is 百会Hyaku-e.

When your mind, meridiam and body come together, energy comes through you freely. Then you are happy and have a sense of well-being.

But illness or a problem is always meaningful. It is kind of warning.

We can learn many things through any illness.

All is very very well.

This simple mark is named HST. This image of lights came into my spiritual teacher's mind while he was meditating.

He realised it had a mind and a life force and wanted to communicate. The lights gave him their name, and the symbol and its meaning - the centre of the universe.
